Done, done and done

Many things have been said about the Dragon, some I can even repeat. A former colleague thought I should come with a red label that said: "Warning, subject to bursts of enthusiasm". I've also been told by more than one person that they'd learned if I said I was going to do something I would do it .... eventually. I guess my timeframes are closer to glacial than indy. My clever readership, all 2 or 3 of you, have probably already concluded I've finished something I've been planning for a while. You're right, I did! Did I mention you were clever? The title didn't give it away, did it?

My computer farm is now up and running for real after only a year on the to-do list. Many thanks to cow for acting as the quest for firewall accelerant. And shucks, beer was required afterwards to express proper thanks and adhere to correct social standards.

There's an article on Wired, http://www.wired.com/news/culture/0,1284,54815,00.html?tw=wn_ascii, talking about how MIT ripped off a comic book drawing for a report they did for the military. The comic book company raised the copyright issue. I wonder if, under the proposed "RIAA legalize hacking" legislation the company would be able to hack the Army to see if they were actually in conformance. They certainly have probable cause.
