VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- The same Star Wars technology that the U.S. military developed as a defense system against missiles is now helping Canadians in their battle against pesky wildlife.

I hope it works better than photo radar and the face recognition software that was going to catch all those crooks!

Still, the technology is cool. I'm waiting for the head up display (HUD) with FLIR (forward looking infrared radar) for my card windshield.
