Day Walker No More
After the Whitehorse trip came training. For a month. 9am to 5pm. For 30 days I walked the lighted hours. Except for the dark, dreary, rainy days. Those were pretty much a wash with the night - photonically speaking. So maybe it was like 15 or 20 days I walked the lighted hours.
Now it's lunch break on my first night shift. I wasn't looking forward to this (Work that is. Lunch I'm looking forward too). Not so much because of the time change, but because after 2 weeks of holiday and a month of training it sucks actually having to work again. The pending time change doesn't seem so bad. As I was driving in looking at the clear, night sky highlighted with dots of light the thought in my head was: "Hello, old friend".
