Where the hell did April go?

Spring Cleaning

It's been a while since I've done the BIG CLEAN. Although I do prefer clean to unkempt there always something more useful to do ... until company is coming.

In my defense, I value my health so there are a number of things that stay sanitary. A buried kitchen table doesn't rank among those things. Neither do dishes washed but not put away. Or cardboard boxes waiting to go to recycling. Anyway, though I can easily live with this kind of mess, I'm not keen to subjecting others to it.

So thank God company does come every now and then. Nothing like a hard deadline for motivation. The apartment is back to relatively tidy in the main spaces. This in conjunction with the stuff I manage to get to leaves an over all nice effect.

Time to invite a bunch of people over before entropy exerts itself.
