Thanks for the colour, McCow. I guess cows aren't colour blind, though I never thought about it till now. Tribes rocks on. Another map I can't remember the name off, and a sweet config for defending the generators. Was doing real good till I forgot to move. (Well, "dropping" the grenades at my feet when I didn't hold "g" down long enough didn't help either.)

Happy birthday Crazy Horse. Do what's right for Crazy Horse. Listen to all the advice, but do what's right for Crazy Horse.

Reality is what refuses to disappear when you stop believing in it - Philip K. Dick

In my brief experience, both human kindness and human cruelty are real. Nice people and assholes. I keep not wanting to believe there are as many assholes as there are. They keep cropping up like evil bind weed. Thank god I know so many good people. I don't have to believe in them, either. They just do nice things. Thank you nice people. I think nice people are to Mundane Dragons what gold is magical ones - stuff we like to collect, protect, and enjoy.

Don't you hate it when your tortierre halogen lamp becomes a bug toaster? Me too. What a wonderful smell we've discovered. Grr.

Everything I learned about teamwork I learned from Ultimate and Tribes.

4 kills ... YES! It was a newbie server, but it was 4. Not 3, 4. Personal best. But lord, hardly no one doing defense but me :-( Oh well, it gave me a chance to play around mining the flag and deploying turrets and other toys. Such a sense of satisfaction when the 3rd guy toasts himself. *sigh*, they learned after that. They teamed up with the capper coming in on aircraft while a bloody cloaked dude shocklanced me while I was dodging their sniper. Came back with a bit of spin disk justice on the cloaked dude, anyway. Did I mention I got 4 kills?

Still no resume. All I have is a pathetic little start. Is there anyone in the world that likes doing resumes? Didn't think so.

Betrayed by a latte. Coffee, how could you do this to me? Got a slight heading after my 4 shot morning hug this morning. Weird. After the 5th afternoon coffee it's understandable but the first of the day, what is that?

Ah, to sleep perchange to dream ... Nah, so I can wake up to a new day for playing Tribes.

'nite.

Arg, I'm so wired I can't even think of going to bed. Maybe a hot shower.

So many things to do, not enough time. Gah. I think of all the time in my 20's when I didn't have a damn thing to do and was bored. Of course, back then a lot of the things I'm interested in now didn't exist. Guess that's part of what hitting 40 means. There's been a mistake, I want the time back. No, just kidding.

Shit, shit, shit. Do, do, do. Bollocks. Nope, not tired yet.......

All things come to an end, eventually.

"It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine."

That's about the only line of the song that applies, but it applies well.

These probably means more, I'm looking forward to the new journey even though the preparation is bloody tedious.

From the north to the south, Ebudae into Khartoum
From the deep sea of Clouds, to the island of the moon
Carry me on the waves, to the lands I've never been
Carry me on the waves, to the lands I've never seen
We can sail, we can sail, with the Orinoco flow

Procrastination takes a multitude of forms. I've become a personal expert on many of them. The newest form would be Blogger :-)

It's time to brush up the old resume. It's been on the list for a week. Blah, I'm starting to get hungry. Maybe I'll start after I eat.
